The IT department is pleased to announce improvements to the Union Help Desk hours that will increase the availability and support provided to the University. Effective June 3, we will be shifting from a strictly academic emergency on-call role, to a staffed and fully supported Help Desk every Sunday from Noon to 6pm EST. If you call the Help Desk on a Sunday between these times, you will be able to speak to someone in person.

Any calls or emails received before 5pm weekdays will be returned no later than 8pm the same night.
