Union's Student Mental Health Counseling Services are available through a website, mobile app, or over the phone. Students will have unlimited access to licensed counselors so they can get help any time they need it, from anywhere they may be. Teletherapy may be right for any student in need of support and guidance with a troubling issue, looking to improve life circumstances, or seeking deeper understanding. While it cannot always replace in-person therapy, it has been shown to be equally as effective for a variety of issues.
