Dr. Covia Boyd, Ph.D. has been a Mental Health Clinician since 2005. He has served as a faculty professor and Internship Coordinator for the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program (CMHC) at Union since 2017. Dr. Boyd’s research interests include Sex Offender Counseling, Neurofeedback, adolescent behavior, Counseling Supervision, and Old Testament studies. “My greatest career achievement, so far, was to serve on the team that brought the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP) accreditation to UIU.”
