Dr. Dale L. Gooden, DHSc, MBA, is an award-winning educator and subject-matter expert in health science, technology, and administration. He works in the field of life sciences as a Program Manager for Laboratory Corporation of America. He has more than a decade of progressive experience in the field of macro healthcare projects in both hospital and clinical environments. He served as Lead Project Manager for companies such as Divita Healthcare Partners and Tenet Health and consulted for WellPoint/BlueCross and Kaiser-Permanente. During his decade-long tenure in the industry, he has managed multi-million-dollar Electronic Health Records implementation and Laboratory Integration financial budgets of over $5M.
Dr. Gooden was conferred a Doctor of Health Sciences in Education (DHSc), in Fundamentals of Education by A.T. Still University of Osteopathic Medicine in 2017. His dissertation was on the analysis of HIPPA data privacy and cyber security breaches since the adoption of electronic health records in modern healthcare organizations.
