Dr. Ossege has taught at Union Institute & University since 2010. She currently teaches Professional Ethics courses in the Masters of Organizational Leadership (MSOL program) and the MS in Health Care Leadership Program, and psychology courses in the undergraduate program, and has taught doctoral students in the PsyD program both at UI&U and at Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. Dr. Ossege is a licensed clinical psychologist in Kentucky, where she founded and manages a multi-disciplinary practice where she continues to practice.
