Professor Juantisa Hughes holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Albany State University and a MBA from Saint Leo University. She is currently a doctoral student in the dissertation stage of completing her EdD-OL degree from Northcentral University.

Professor Hughes is an author, motivational speaker, and marriage wellness coach. She spent 15+ years of her life as a Crimes Investigator for the government and has done extensive work to fight for equal justice and legal representation for the indigent and underrepresented from diverse backgrounds.

Since 2014, Hughes Alliance, her conglomerate corporation, has been her focus as she continues to serve as a Change Agent for Organizational Leadership. She has a proclivity for diversity, social justice, and inclusion matters that add to the much needed organizational and educational reforms of our country.
