Professor Lawrence E. Hibbert, M.S., is a full time faculty member/Coordinator of the Criminal Justice Management Program at Union Institute & University, Florida Academic Center.  Professor Hibbert has been with Union Institute & University since June 2000.  He has a Master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University (1999).  His course work was in Conflict Resolution with a foundation in Criminal Law.

Currently in his capacity, Professor Hibbert has established extensive partnerships with law enforcement agencies throughout the southeastern United States.

Professor Hibbert is a published author, a Supreme Court certified county court mediator, and a Notary Public for the state of Florida.

Professor Hibbert was born in St. Thomas, Jamaica and was a member of the Jamaica Constabulary Force.  He served honorably and was promoted to the rank of sergeant before resigning and leaving for the United States.
