Leland Peterson is a board certified art therapist, who has been in practice since 1990. He has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in psychology and art and graduate courses in art therapy and studio art. He maintains a private practice in Montpelier Vermont and counsels couples as well as individuals.

He obtained a BA in Psychology from DePaul University and studied art at the Art Institute of Chicago, Columbia College and Goddard College.  He completed his Master’s Degree at the Art Institute of Chicago.
