I have over 30 years of management experience in the telecommunications industry. My experience includes large team management in a union environment, methods and process development, sales, marketing, product management, management course development and delivery, interfacing with the federal and state regulatory commissions to introduce products and services as well as cost and pricing models, information protection and confidentiality issues.
I have over 10 years of university teaching experience at both the master’s and bachelor’s levels. I have operated a small business and consulted with small and large businesses to help them reach their customers. I am currently a senior manager with a telecommunications company. I work closely with product management and regulatory commissions in the areas of pricing, product offerings, confidentiality information protection and policy.
