Paul Rodriguez MA, MS, EdD
Paul Rodriguez’s career of over 40 years has taken him from classroom teacher, K-12, guidance counselor, administrator to the district administrator. He has professionally taught educational doctorate, graduate, and undergraduate courses for universities. The university-level courses include, but are not limited to, Leadership, Diversity, School Law, Special Populations, Differentiated Instruction, information and Technology Systems, Nutritional Services and Transportation, Risk Management, and Human Resources.

As a senior lead school site and organizational evaluator, Paul has professionally evaluated and recommended schools for the Baldrige Excellence Framework model, Distinguished Schools, Gold Ribbon, and Schools to Watch programs. His position as the school site and district administrator has increased his understanding of Quality Effectiveness and Strategic planning at all levels.
Paul has professional experience presenting subject areas for the California League of Schools Conferences, University of New Mexico National Mentorship and Leadership Conference and for CREATE (Consortium for Research on Educational Assessment and Teaching Effectiveness), a National Organization on the East Coast presented topics in Washington DC and Williamsburg Virginia.
As a former council member for the City of Chino, Paul brings his experiences in leadership, legal aspects, human development, and fiscal understanding to serve the needs of the residents in the City of Chino.
Paul served on panel committees for SCAG (Southern California Association for Governments), which represented over 20 million residents in Southern California. Nationally it is the largest organization of its kind. Paul served as a panel committee member on the Community, Economic, and Human Development (CEHD), Regional Housing Needs Assessment (RHNA) and Emerging Technology Committee (ETC), and Climate change initiative for SCAG.
