Presenter:
Susan Whitehead is the Reference Librarian for the UI&U Library. She earned a B.A. in Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a MLS from Southern Connecticut University. In her current position, she is responsible for research assistance, instruction, and outreach to the UI&U community. She has been with Union for five years, during which she has created the library’s help center, assisted with the transition to an online library, started the initiative to contact new students and faculty, and assisted hundreds of students and faculty with their research questions. Her goal is to ensure that each UI&U student has the research assistance they need to be successful in their academic program.
