Q: What do you plan to do with your degree?
A: I want to move up in my organization. I want to be promoted to a leadership/manager position. I decided to go the MSOL route over the MBA one because I want to focus more on the people and organization, rather than the business.

Q: What led you to this program?
A:
Determination

Q: Why did you choose Union for your studies?
A: My advisor, Sandra Lee, encouraged me to take the MSOL pathway. I thought my ESM degree to a master’s would be a good fit for my career.

Q: If you could give a piece of advice to your 20 something, what would it be?
A:
Stay in SCHOOL!

Q: Who has influenced you the most in your life, and how have they influenced you?
A:
My kids—they make me want to better myself.
