To learn more about Union’s Master in Organizational Leadership (MSOL) degree, we asked current student Kristina Thomas about her experience in the program. Kristina Thomas is an executive for Macy’s Inc. with extensive experience in relationship building, analyzing, planning, developing, implementing and measuring corporate-wide internal and external growth initiatives designed to align corporate goals with stakeholder interests, resulting in long-term stability and growth. She is a graduate of Florida A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management. Awards include the 2007 Leaders for the Future Award, 2009 YMCA Black Achiever, and 2011 Cincinnati Business Courier Forty Under 40 Award Recipient. She is also an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority and The Links, Incorporated.

Before the MSOL program, it was too easy to get off point. Now I lead from a structured viewpoint and engage to accomplish goals. “
