Kimbrea J. Browning named Vice President for Enrollment Management

CINCINNATI, OH – Union Institute & University is pleased to announce that Kimbrea J. Browning has been appointed vice president for Enrollment Management, effective July 20, 2015.

Browning’s passion is helping adults complete their college degrees and reach their career goals.

She brings more than 10 years of higher education experience in admissions, organizational communication, education management, student services, marketing, and personnel training to her new position.

Dr. Roger H. Sublett, president of Union Institute & University, is excited to have Browning join the Union family. “Kimbrea is an enthusiastic and results-oriented professional who understands the crucial role adult higher education plays in transforming lives and communities. She will be a positive addition to Union Institute & University,” he said.

Browning comes to Union from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, where she served as senior director of admissions. Prior to that position, she was employed in various roles with the University of Phoenix.

She earned her MBA from the University of Phoenix, Maryland Campus. She holds a bachelor of arts in organizational communication from Murray State University, Murray, Kentucky.

Browning replaces Jon Mays who retired June 30, 2015.
